Huntingdon Flooring Project
Our team have been busy over the past few weeks on revamping a dance floor in Huntingdon.
The comrades club removed the old wood mosaic flooring prior to us starting on site.
We were left with the old bitumen adhesive residue that we needed to get rid of. For this, we used a Wolff Mambo grinding machine to take the floor back to a suitable level. We then applied 2 no coats of Uzin’s moisture control system, which is a primer and a smoothing compound. It is designed to allow a quick and easy solution to small time scales where there is a potential for a moisture issue.
We then install Karndean Da Vinci luxury vinyl tiles throughout.
We completed the entire job over a 5-day window, to allow the club to open at the weekend for a function.
